This 2007 Hunter Valley Chardonnay is light golden in colour with a wonderful developed bouquet of honeysuckle and toasted oat. The palate is warm and creamy with a delightful ripened pear, butterscotch and cashew nut flavour. A long lingering finish and soft mouth feel compliments the well rounded overall structure.

This 2009 Vintage is a 60% 40% blend from the Upper and Lower Hunter Valley. Light yellow in colour with a green hue, this is an elegant wine with a highly perfumed nose. The delightfully soft warm flavoursome palate is dominated by hints of citrus blossom, tropical pineapple fruit, green apples and lemongrass. The mouthfeel is soft and rounded with well balanced acidity providing a fresh clean finish with all the fruit elements lingering.

Our 2008 Hunter Valley Verdelho exhibits exquisite aromas of sweet ripened tropical fruit in the glass and delivers rich complex tropical fruit sensations on the palate. This 2008 vintage is from Mudgee New South Wales. A rich, deep purple in colour with a crimson pink hue, this wine has great depth and richness evident in the glass. The palate has all the elements in correct structure and order. Sweet vanilla beans, heady plum jam and licorice dominate the bouquet with a subtle smokey oak influence heightening the fruit aromas. This wine is ready for drinking now but will also cellar well 3 to 8 years into a rich and plump merlot with luscious complexity.
